House search at the residences of suspected members of a far-right
criminal organization

The Rostock Public Prosecutor´s Office-which serves as the lead
prosecutor´s office for combating terrorism and extremism in
Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (MV)- and the Division for the police
protection of the constitution of the State Office of Criminal
Investigation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania have been conducting
house searches since this morning (30th September 2026), based on the
search warrant issued by the investigating judge of the Rostock Local
Court, at the premises of four suspects in

- Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Anklam, Bargischow, Klein Bünzow,
Reddelich),
- Schleswig-Holstein (Barsbüttel), and
- Bavaria (Bad Grönenbach, Wolfertschwenden).

The Special Task Force (SEK) of the State Office of Criminal
Investigation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania was partly involved in
the operation in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The suspects are under investigation for being members - and, in the
case of one suspect, for acting as a ringleader - of a criminal
organization (Section 129(1), sentence 1, and (5) of the German
Criminal Code (StGB)).

It is suspected that those persons (age 55, 52, 48 and 43) formed a
permanent alliance, no later than 2020, to work together in an
organized manner to spread National Socialism, antisemitism, racism
and a contemptuous ideology by producing and selling sound recordings
containing music that incites hatred.


Furthermore, home searches are being conducted at the residences of
eight other suspects in
- Baden-Württemberg (Berkheim, Stuttgart),
- Brandenburg (Velten),
- Lower Saxony (Hanover),
- North Rhine-Westphalia (Meschede),
- Saxony (Reinsdorf), and
- Thuringia (Apolda)
who are under investigation for incitement of the people (§ 130 StGB)
in connection with the audio recordings produced by the criminal
organization.

Additional searches are being conducted at the residences of ten
other individuals who are not suspected of any crime but are closely
associated with the suspects in
- Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Heinrichswalde, Heringsdorf, Klein
Bünzow,
Reddelich, Viereck),
- Brandenburg (Blankenfelde-Mahlow),
- Berlin,
- Lower Saxony (Tostedt), and
- Schleswig-Holstein (Immenstedt).

Searches are also being conducted by the local law enforcement
authorities in other European countries, including
- Estonia (Soinaste),
- Italy (Settala, Veneto),
- Poland (Warsaw), and the
- Czech Republic (Celákovice).
These operations are coordinated and supported by the EU judicial
agency Eurojust.

No arrests are planned. The purpose of today´s searches is to clarify
the existing grounds for suspicion.

More than 394 police officers from the involved federal states, the
federal government, and neighbouring European countries are
participating in the operation, which is being led by the State
Office of Criminal Investigation Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The investigation is ongoing. The presumption of innocence applies.
